The present invention relates to a tunneling catheter system for removing lesions on vascular chronic total occlusion which comprises the following: a catheter (110) in a hollow hole form with a hole penetrated to the longitudinal direction on the front end; a lesion removal tool (120) including a cutting tip (111) capable of protruding through the hole toward the front side, and moving forwards and backwards inside the catheter; and a driving unit for generating the reciprocation movement of the lesion removal tool (120) using an induced magnetic field. The present invention does not require a high skill level of an operator compare to a conventional lesion removal procedure on vascular chronic total occlusion using a guide wire , and enables the operator to effectively remove stricture inside blood vessels.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
