According to an embodiment of the present invention, each of multiple coolant distributors for supplying a coolant to a heat exchange-condensation panel assembly (100), which includes: multiple moisture-laden gas flow paths (113) in which a moisture-laden gas flows; multiple coolant flow paths (123) in which the coolant flows; and multiple condensed air flow paths (133) in which atmospheric air (condensed air) flows. The coolant distributor comprises: a body part (510) arranged at the upper side of the heat exchange-condensation panel assembly (100), having a length corresponding to the width of the heat exchange-condensation panel assembly (100), and having a coolant housing space therein; a coolant inlet part (540) arranged at one end part of the body part (510); and a nozzle part (520) arranged at the bottom of the body part (510), longitudinally formed over the entire length of the body part (510), having a slit (521) from which the coolant is discharged, and arranged inside the coolant flow path (123) of the heat exchange-condensation panel assembly (100). Coolant distributors according to the present invention make the streams of a coolant, which is distributed to the coolant flow paths and/or the moisture-laden gas flow paths of a heat exchange-condensation panel assembly, formed without dead zones so that a white lead reduction performance can be improved and evaporated water can be efficiently collected by improving heat efficiency between the coolant and a moisture-laden gas in the heat exchange-condensation panel assembly.
