A scene scheduling system, a scene scheduling method, and a recording medium thereof are provided. The system includes a medium providing module, an input module, a time scheduling unit, and a medium capturing module. The medium providing module is used to provide medium data and advertisement medium data which corresponds to the medium data. The input module is used to input a channel setting signal. The time scheduling unit provides a piece of preset time scheduling data and controls the preset time scheduling data according to the channel setting signal in order to form a piece of personalized time scheduling data.
