The present invention relates to a real-time network diagnosis apparatus and a method thereof for a redundant PLC system. The present real-time network diagnosis apparatus of a redundant PLC system includes: a network inspection unit which examines the connection information of cables and modules of the PLC system; an O/S storage unit which stores the O/S program; a program storage unit which stores user programs; a control unit which performs operations for the user programs and controls the PLC system; and a data storage unit which stores the input/output data of the PLC system and the operation results of the user programs.
