The present invention relates to a batting exercise device arousing an interest of a user, characterized by a composition that comprises: a guide bar having a long bar shape, which is erected vertically; at least one moving unit installed on the guide bar so as to make a batting unit perform continuous reciprocating motions; at least one batting unit projected to the front such that a user can easily bat, and is formed corresponding to a number of the moving unit; and a control unit for controlling operations of the moving unit. As a rapid movement, a securing of location, a proper batting posture and the like are required of the user to effectively bat the batting unit that performs continuous reciprocating motions caused by the moving unit, the user not only is able to increase efficiency in exercising but can also be induced to not easily feel bored in comparison to existing batting exercise devices that solely pursue repetitive batting. In addition, in order to arouse an interest of the user by applying a concept of batting success and failure which detects whether the user has or has not hit the batting unit, a speaker makes a sound as a concept of failure when the user fails to make contact with the batting unit, or the speaker does not make a sound as a concept of success when the user makes contact with the batting unit, thereby inducing the interest of the user to exercise. Moreover, through a method of calculating and providing scores on a display liquid crystal of the control unit, fun factors of exercise can be further enhanced, and thereby, inducing the user to exercise with persistence and fun. Furthermore, since the user can control an operation time of the moving unit by operating the control unit, multiple moving units are operated with a time lag among one another, thereby further enhancing the interest for exercise.
