The present invention relates to a chitosan embolus microsphere combined to a drug-containing nanocarrier for chemoembolization, and more specifically, to: a chitosan embolus microsphere which is capable of accurately controlling the drug emission by controlling the amount of drugs emitted from the chitosan embolus microsphere combined to a drug-containing nanocarrier by a ratio of water and chitosan; and a production method thereof. the chitosan embolus microsphere combined to the drug-containing nanocarrier of the present invention stably causes an embolus in blood vessels, and accurately controls the emission of the drugs, thereby being used in anticancer treatment.
