Disclosed is a field practice matching system using a method for adding weighted values to matching information which automatically determines optimal matching for field practice by processing, by a server computer, inputted department field practice information, student matching information, and company matching information using weighted values defined by a company-student matching weighted value table, and calculating a field practice matching score between a student and a company. By the field practice matching system according to the present invention, matching a student to a company for field practice can be performed to satisfy both the student and the company, and the server computer automatically performs student-company field practice matching based on opinions of a student and a company, and also using the company-student matching weighted value table set by the server computer, thereby significantly improving the work efficiency of a university department.
