METHOD FOR GENERATING 3D COORDINATE USING FINGER IMAGE FROM CAMERA IN TERMINAL AND MOBILE TERMINAL FOR GENERATING 3D COORDINATE USING FINGER IMAGE FROM CAMERA
A method for generating a three-dimensional coordinate by using a finger image inputted in a camera of a mobile terminal includes (a) a step in which a camera of a mobile terminal obtains a target image including a finger area; (b) a step in which a processor of the mobile terminal detects the finger area from the target image by using an image processing technique; (c) a step in which the processor of the mobile terminal detects a fingertip area from the finger area by using an AdaBoost algorithm; and (d) a step in which the processor of the mobile terminal calculates a three-dimensional coordinate by using the fingertip area.
