A recovering apparatus for oceanographic observation equipment is disclosed. The recovering apparatus for oceanographic observation equipment according to the present invention makes a buoyant body float with a rope by installing the buoyant body at the oceanographic observation equipment and operating the buoyant body according to signals transmitted from a ship, and comprises: the buoyant body installed at the oceanographic observation equipment to expose one portion of an upper end from the top of the oceanographic observation equipment; a rope accommodation member formed to accommodate the rope having one end coupled to the buoyant body and installed on one side within the oceanographic observation equipment; a locking and unlocking unit formed to fix a lower end of the buoyant body or to release a fixed state and installed within the oceanographic observation equipment; and a controller installed within the oceanographic observation equipment for making the buoyant body and the rope float by operating an operation pin to make the locking and unlocking unit fix or release the buoyant body according to signals transmitted from the ship. The present invention, in order to recover the oceanographic observation equipment installed on the seabed, makes the buoyant body installed therein float while towing the rope only by an operation of transmitting a control signal for the recovery from the ship, so speedily and easily recovers the oceanographic observation equipment.
