The present invention discloses one kind of a microorganism mixed germ eliminating excretions odors and a production method of an organic fertilizer; and the mixed germ is comprised of Mucor circinelloides, Bacillus pumilus, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia in a ratio of 1:0.9-1.2:0.9-1.2. Organic fertilizers are produced by fermentation of the microorganism mixed germ with excretions and sawdust or stems of straw.
