The present invention relates to a structured light 3D scanner comprising a projector, a camera, a control unit, and a PC having a role of three-dimensional computing unit and, more specifically, to a generator for multi-period sinusoidal video signals and camera trigger signals and a structured light 3D scanner including the same, which is capable of obtaining, at high speed, photographing data required at the time when an object to be measured is accurately irradiated with sinusoidal structured light in using a sine wave as structured light which is resistant to measured noise. According to the present invention, image data on an object, which is to be measured where an image of sinusoidal structured light is focused, can be obtained by generating a photographing trigger signal to the camera when the object to be measured is accurately irradiated with the sinusoidal structured light by a frame regardless of an operating state of a PC operating system having a role of three-dimensional computing unit, thereby measuring the object at high speed without any delay time, and measurement accuracy can be improved by constantly controlling the intensity of light irradiated to the projector at accurate photographing timing intervals.
