The present invention relates to a spectral feature extraction method and a system thereof of a biological tissue. According to the spectral feature extraction method and the system thereof of the biological tissue using backscattering properties of laser provided by the present invention, morphological information inside the biological tissue can be simply provided from backscattering light of the laser by overlapping a backscattering beam backscattered from a laser beam transferred to a biological tissue sample with an existing beam, and removing standard beam data for observing the change of backscattering.
