METHOD OF TESTING THE EPOXY COMPOSITE MATERIALS FOR AIRCRAFT BY MEASURING THE IN-PLANE SHEAR STRENGTH OF THE EPOXY COMPOSITE MATERIALS FOR AIRCRAFT EXPOSED TO AIRCRAFT FLUID
The present invention relates to a method of testing epoxy composite materials for an aircraft which comprises: a step of measuring in-plane shear strength of a specimen formed by epoxy composite materials for an aircraft and exposed to water; a step of measuring in-plane shear strength of a specimen formed by epoxy composite materials for an aircraft and exposed to aircraft fluid; and a step of selecting the specimen as epoxy composite materials for an aircraft in case that the in-plane shear strength of the specimen exposed to the aircraft fluid is greater than the in-plane shear strength of the specimen exposed to the water.
