The present invention relates to an anti-freezing apparatus for the condensate water draining part of a condensing boiler, and, in particular, to an anti-freezing apparatus for the condensate water draining part of a condensing boiler, wherein the anti-freezing apparatus comprises: a heat exchanger generating calories corresponding to the combustion calories of a burner; a key input part allowing a user to set a cooling/heating set temperature and a cooling/heating mode; an electronic valve controlling the supply of a gas, which is supplied to the burner, by being controlled by a control part; a blower supplying required air to the burner by being controlled by the control part; a condensate water spout collecting condensate water generated in the heat exchanger, and draining the collected condensate water to the outside through a drain line; and the control part controlling the condensing boiler overall. An anti-freezing heater is installed at a connection part between the condensate water spout and the drain line, or on the outer surface of the drain line, and a heater power supply part supplying power voltage to the anti-freezing heater if anti-freezing temperature is detected when the control part determines temperature inside a boiler chamber, outside the boiler chamber, or in an air supply part. Therefore, power consumed in the anti-freezing heater can be minimized so that unnecessary economical loss can be prevented; the anti-freezing heater can be actively controlled so that anti-freezing efficiency can be maximized; and reliability due to the freezing prevention of components relating to the draining of the condensate water and the marketability of a product can be largely improved.
