Disclosed is a device for manufacturing activated carbon using waste tire powder. Provided is a manufacturing device of activated carbon from waste tire powder, which comprises an activation reactor which activates waste tire powder by exposing the inserted waste tire powder at a high temperature; and an indirect reactor which pyrolyzes the waste tire powder by being exposed to high-temperature combustion gas generated from the activation reactor by a heat-exchange method. According to the present invention, the manufacturing device of activated carbon from waste tire powder can coherently execute a series of heat treatment processes including a pyrolysis and an activation process of waste tire powder.
