The present invention relates to a pretreatment system for biogas containing siloxane and malodorous substances generated in a anaerobic digestion process, and more specifically, to a pretreatment system for biogas which removes malodorous substances such as hydrogen sulfide, mercaptan, etc. and siloxane from biogas generated in an anaerobic digestion process for treating sewage-sludge. In a pretreatment system for biogas containing siloxane and malodorous substances generated in an anaerobic digestion process according to a desirable embodiment of the present invention, the present invention comprises: a ceramic catalyst tower (20); a packed column (30); a chiller (50); a high-temperature regenerator (60); a low-termperature generator (62); a high-temperature heat exchanging device (70); a low-temperature heat exchanging device (72); and an adsorption tower (80).
