Provided in the present invention is a portable device for carrying wind surfing equipment, including: a shawl portion which is elongated to both sides so as to be put on the shoulder of a user; and a pair of equipment stands whose both ends are respectively connected to the shawl portion and lower portion is bent and elongated upward in order to form a storage portion inside so as for the wind surfing equipment to be hooked and fixed thereon.
