The present invention relates to a device to produce safe drinking water by directly transmitting ultraviolet rays of the sun into water or indirectly using a reflector to sterilize harmful bacteria in water by using the unique sterilizing power of the ultraviolet rays. The device of the present invention uses the unique sterilizing power of the ultraviolet rays for sterilizing harmful bacteria only and leaving beneficial natural substances intact in water to produce natural mineral water where beneficial natural substances such as natural minerals are fully preserved because the core technology of the present invention takes ultraviolet rays of the sun without separate energy, the purely natural resource. In the device of the present invention, water flows slowly like natural circulation to produce large amount of sterilized water during daytime when sunlight appears, porous natural stone is embedded inside the device body where the sterilized water gathers to produce natural mineral water containing natural minerals so that the device to produce sterilized drinking water only using ultraviolet rays of sun can be utilized extensively from portable drinking water producers used at home to mass production facilities.
