The present invention relates to a method using a DNA diversity analytic technique for analyzing a specific gene sequence to investigate a tagged site of a Korean brindle cattle, and more specifically, to the method for analyzing a pattern of a KBCSM (Korean brindle cattle specific marker) gene by a PCR method using a primer and using the gene as a marker for a selection of a Korean brindle cattle.
