The present invention relates to an acrylic copolymer resin composition for a vehicle vibration damping material and, more specifically, to a soluble acrylic copolymer resin composition which has excellent vibration control compared to a conventional asphalt vibration damping material, capable of process automation and weight reduction of a car; and uses a core-shell structure in order to prevent swelling and cracking of acrylic emulsion.
