A system and a method for verifying a health level 7 (HL7) message and a recording medium with a program for performing the method according to the present invention have technical features to verify the HL7 message by regenerating the HL7 message if the HL7 message has a broken character after the HL7 message is generated and it is determined whether the broken character is included in the HL7.
