The present invention relates to an insulation interior material for construction and a method for manufacturing the insulation interior material for using ′ppokppokyi′ which is an air cushion for packaging to insulate a building. The insulation interior material for construction including the air cushions for packaging formed as air chambers (12) in which air (a) is filled inside are distributed through entire area on the top of plastic sheets (11). The plastic sheets (11) of the air cushion (1) for packaging face toward the upper part. The air chambers (12) are reversely placed to face the lower part. An adhesive layer (21) and release paper (22) are sequentially placed in the lower part of the air cushion (1) for packaging. If the release paper (22) is separated, the adhesive layer (21) is combined only to the end of the air chamber (12) so that it can be used to be easily stuck on a target adhesive part (3) such as glass.
