METHOD FOR SENTENCE EVALUATION USING WEB SEARCH ENGINE, APPARATUS THEREOF AND COMPUTER RECORDABLE MEDIUM STORING THE METHOD

The present invention relates to a method and device for evaluating a sentence by using a web search engine, and a computer readable recording medium storing the method. In particular, a plagiarism examination region is selected from answer data input for language evaluation, a similar sentence is extracted from sentences included in the plagiarism examination region by using a web search engine, and an extracted similar sentence and the sentence of the answer data are vectorized to compare similarity and perform language evaluation. Accordingly, when answers from students are provided, it is possible to detect answers that are estimated as a plagiarism of externally published data such as news articles or lyrics. Since the web search engine is utilized, it is possible to examine plagiarism even if there is no need to individually build a database such as news articles and lyrics needed for examining the plagiarism. Since a search result is received by utilizing data on the extracted plagiarism examination region for a web search engine API as a query, there is no need for a space to store a plagiarism database and thus it is possible to reduce related costs.
