Disclosed are a location managing system and a location managing method using Wi-Fi. The location managing system using Wi-Fi may comprise: a database on which identification information and location information of multiple Wi-Fi access points (AP) are respectively stored; a mobile communication terminal detecting multiple Wi-Fi AP and transmitting the identification information and reception sensitivity information of each of the detected Wi-Fi AP; and a server determining location information of the mobile communication terminal by using the identification information and the reception sensitivity information of Wi-Fi AP received from the mobile communication terminal and the identification information and the location information of the corresponding Wi-Fi AP stored on the database.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
