A dynamic calling system and method are disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the dynamic calling system includes a plurality of client devices having a wireless communications module and a location information module; a call management server connected to the client devices to generate at least some of the client devices into a dynamic client group according to a call condition; and a calling device accessing the call management server to transmit the call condition based on a call location. The calling device sends a call signal to the call management server, and the call management server sends a call message including the call signal to the dynamic client group.
