Disclosed is a surface reforming method for a reverse osmosis membrane using a radical grafting method. The surface reforming method for a reverse osmosis membrane according to the present invention includes a step for forming active radical on the surface of a base material by dipping the reverse osmosis membrane base material into a solution which contains an initiating agent containing at least one of potassium persulfate and potassium metabisulfite; and a step for forming a silane layer on the surface of the base material where the active radical is formed by a method in which the surface of the base material where the active radical is formed is coated with an aqueous solution containing a silane-based material which has a functional group at a terminal end.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
