The present invention relates to a system and a method for mixing cement slurry for cementing, and a system and a method for cementing a space between an excavation hole in deep underground and a casing. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a system for mixing cement slurry for cementing which comprises a jet mixing unit; a temporary storing unit; and a discharge unit; the jet mixing unit comprises a body unit, an intubation unit, and a rear nozzle unit; and water sprayed from a plurality of jet nozzles is mixed with cement and hitting with water supplied through a front supply hole thereby generating swirling and being mixed is provided. In addition, a system and a method for cementing the space between the excavation hole in deep underground and the casing are provided.
