摘要

The present invention certainly suppresses an error of an internal conductor (heating element) by applying a high voltage to the internal conductor (heating element) in a short time and increases a detection precision degree of a short circuit error. When a high voltage higher than that of an applying voltage of a common use is applied to an internal conductor (3) {Coil body (31)} in a short time capable of suppressing the temperature rise of the internal conductor (3) {Coil body (31)} caused by the application of the high voltage, a short circuit error between an external arranging body (2) and the internal conductor (3) {tube (21) and coil body (31)} is detected based on a value changed by a current flowing in the internal conductor (3). Therefore, the present invention can suppress an error of the internal conductor (3) {Coil body (31)} and can increase the detection precision degree of the short circuit error. Also, the detection precision degree can be further improved because the high voltage is applied.
