The present invention provides a tank for a water purification facility for purifying waste process water used for chemical decontamination of radioactive material and, more specifically, to a tank for a water purification facility for purifying waste process water used for chemical decontamination of radioactive material which does not require replacement of exchange resin filled inside in order to prevent exposure to radiation during the recharging work of the exchange resin. According to the present invention, the tank for a water purification facility for purifying waste process water used for chemical decontamination of radioactive material includes: a storage unit which includes an open top, a storage space to store ion exchange resin, and an installation board on a projection formed on the inner circumferential surface of the top of the storage space; a cap which is installed and fixed onto the top of the storage unit; a first pipe which is installed in a way that one end of the pipe is placed in the upper part of the storage space while penetrating the cap and the installation board and which transfers waste process water of which chemical decontamination of radioactive material is completed to the storage space filled with the ion exchange resin; a second pipe which is installed in a way that one end of the pipe is placed in the lower part of the storage space while penetrating the cap and the installation board and which discharges waste process water passing through the ion exchange resin; an air discharger which is installed in the installation board and discharges air inside the storage space filled with the ion exchange resin; and an eyebolt which is installed on the top surface of the cap.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
