In the conventional microwave imaging apparatus, the level of a matching liquid can change depending on the size of an object to be measured due to the variable size of the object, and the overflow of the matching liquid can occur through an open part in an exposure water tank during the operation of the microwave imaging apparatus because part of the top of the exposure water tank is open in order to position the object in the exposure water tank. In this context, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a microwave imaging apparatus which has an additional matching liquid supply tank capable of supplying a matching liquid to a microwave exposure water tank of a microwave imaging apparatus, and can regulate the level of a matching liquid through a pump or a pump controller capable of injecting or discharging a matching liquid into or from the microwave exposure water tank or the matching liquid supply tank. In particular, the provided microwave imaging apparatus can stop the operation of the pump when the matching liquid reaches a maximum allowable level by placing a liquid photo sensor at the maximum allowable level point of the matching liquid.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
