The present invention relates to the thin kernels of design and implementation to support management program. As kernel structure for supporting management program, miniature kernel is advantageous one kind and is designed to minimize kernel enhancing frequency circuit and portability, and the function except operation, and basic essential function is as user level process. In this miniature kernel, each interprocess communication performance (IPC) influences overall operating system.
