DISK OF HUMIDIFYING AIR CLEANER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a disc of an air humidifying and cleaning device and a method for producing the same, wherein the surface of the disc is allowed to absorb a large amount of moisture so that humidification is sufficiently performed. The disc of an air humidifying and cleaning device of the present invention comprises: a top case having an inlet and an outlet formed therein; a bottom case that is coupled with the top case in order to be capable of being separated and includes a water tank installed therein; a disc assembly installed in order to be capable of being rotated while some part thereof is dipped in water in the tank; an air intake fan that suctions indoor air towards the disc assembly by operating a fan motor; and a drive motor that rotates the disc assembly. In the disc assembly, multiple discs, maintained at regular intervals, are fixed on a shaft. In each of the discs, a humidification enhancing means is formed so as to provide a high amount of humidification. The humidification enhancing means consists of incalculably many moisture retaining grooves that are formed on both surfaces of the disc.
