The present invention relates to a testing machine of a tire wheel/moment used for measuring an external force and a moment of a tire by the weight of a finished tire product and a steering angle, and, more specifically, to a drive drum of a testing machine of a tire force and a moment, which conveniently measures changes in the road roughness of the drive drum contacting with the tire. The present invention provides a drive drum of a testing machine of a tire force and a moment, which comprises a cylindrical contact surface panel (1) contacting a tire, a drum main body (2) having the contact surface panel (1) mounted on the exterior thereof, and a driving shaft (3) rotating the contact surface panel (1) and the drum main body (2). The contact surface panel (1) is installed to be inserted into multiple protrusions (4) arranged at the same angle in a radial direction from the drum main body (2), and ellipse rolling guides (5) are installed to put the protrusions (4) between the contact surface panel (1) and the drum main body (2).
