A zinc-aluminum alloy plated steel sheet having an excellent corrosion resistance on the surface and front end face and a beautiful surface appearance can be manufactured by plating a zinc-aluminum alloy plated steel sheet in a plating solution consisting of 85-95 parts by weight of zinc, 0.04-0.2 parts by weight of silicon, 3-11 parts by weight of aluminum, 1-3 parts by weight of magnesium, 0.01-0.3 parts by weight of calcium and the rest consisting of unavoidable impurities. The zinc-aluminum alloy plated steel sheet is manufactured to have an excellent corrosion resistance by forming (MgZn2, Mg2Si) phase of an intermetallic compound by Mg component within the plate layer, and to have an excellent surface appearance by preventing MgO oxide film formation on the plating solution by adding calcium.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
