The present invention relates to an application of a smart device capable of performing an operation like a mouse of a PC on a touch screen of the smart device by displaying a mouse pointer on the touch screen as an application which is applied to the smart device using the touch screen like a smartphone, a tablet PC, and a smartwatch.
