The present invention relates to a method of preparing a polymer resin for preparing an active layer of a nanofiltration membrane or an active layer of reverse osmosis membrane comprising a polysulfone-based polymer resin having a specific chemical structure; and to a preparation method thereof. The polymer resin, by forming an active layer of a nanofiltration membrane or an active layer of reverse osmosis membrane, is stable with Cl_2 or NaOCl which is an antiseptic agent used to prevent contamination; and is practically insoluble in water over long periods of usage while improving the permeability of the filtration membrane, thereby enabling a significant reduction of fouling phenomena in which contaminants are adsorbed on a surface of the filtration membrane.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
