摘要

The present invention relates to a complex of a porphyrin-viologen dimer and cucurbituril, a method for producing the same, and a method for detecting aromatic compounds using the same. In general, a porphyrin-viologen dimer produces the emission of fluorescence when electrons which move from porphyrin to viologen return to the porphyrin, but the complex of a porphyrin-viologen dimer and cucurbituril according to the present invention turns off the emission of fluorescence as the electrons which move from porphyrin to viologen cannot return to the porphyrin matrix. Accordingly, when mixing aromatic electron donor compounds with the complex of the present invention, the aromatic electron donor compounds provide electrons for the porphyrin which recovers the emission of fluorescence, so that the existence and the concentration of aromatic compounds can be confirmed. The complex of a porphyrin-viologen dimer and cucurbituril according to the present invention, therefore, can more sensitively detect and analyze aromatic compounds than the conventional method for detecting aromatic compounds does.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
