The present invention relates to a method for stabilizing a dephosphorization slag generated by having a reduction dephosphorization process of carbon steel, manganese alloy iron and stainless steel which can stably fix calcium phosphate (Ca_3P_2), barium phosphate (Ba_3P_2), calcium carbide (CaC_2) and barium carbide (BaC_2) in a melted state inside the slag by manufacturing as a ceramic granule state by spraying an inert gas and high-pressured air in the slag at high speed, remelting the dephosphorization slag at high temperatures thereby making the slag harmless by not being dissolved into the air at room temperature. The technical composition of the method for stabilizing the dephosphorization slag generated by having a reduction dephosphorization process includes: a step of melting the dephosphorization slag generated by having a reduction dephosphorization process of carbon steel, manganese alloy iron and stainless steel; a step of spraying the high pressured air and the inert gas to the melted liquid dephosphorization slag at high speed; a step of cooling the dephosphorization slag with the high pressured air and the inert gas; a step of granulating the quenched dephosphorization slag into the ceramic granule state of a globular shape.
