The present invention relates to a high power terahertz signal source-based real-time detection and imaging device for nondestructive testing capable of radiating high power terahertz waves generated by a high power radiation source through a power distributor to distribute the intensity of the signal over an array reception antenna and detecting and imaging a certain material in a specimen by making the array reception antenna collect the signal passing through or reflected by the specimen by using an array detector. Therefore, the high power terahertz signal source-based real-time detection and imaging device according to an embodiment of the present invention can be made with low costs since a smaller number of signal sources are required for measuring a large specimen on a real time basis while being capable of reducing the interference effect between the resolution and signals by using a frequency multiplier to use signals with different frequencies.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
