The present invention relates to a changeable smart meter communications network system. Quality of data transmitted and received through a smart meter network associated with a smart grid is monitored in real time, and when the quality of data exceeds a given limit value, an optimization control system commands a variation of a smart meter communications network such that the smart meter communications network is variably separated into networks including a weird network and a wireless network, and thereby a smart meter can automatically transmit and receive data to and from the smart grid without direct control of a smart meter user.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
