Disclosed are a method for producing a fermented feed using dead fish and fishery by-products and a fermented feed. The method for producing a fermented feed using dead fish and fishery by-products comprises the steps of: crushing dead fish and fishery by-products to prepare crushed fish; preparing a moisture control agent which is added to the crushed fish to reach a moisture content of 60%; introducing the crushed fish and the moisture control agent into a fermenter, followed by stirring; introducing an anaerobic fermentation strain and an aerobic fermentation strain into the fermenter, followed by stirring; and performing fermentation while the temperature inside the fermenter is constantly maintained, wherein air is put into the fermenter using a ventilator while stirring is conducted using a stirrer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
