The present invention relates to a method for processing a security document for a mobile office based on cloud computing. A method for processing a security document according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: allowing a cloud storage server to transmit a security document to a streaming server according to a security document reading request of a communication terminal; allowing the streaming server to release the document security of the security document, encrypt the security document according to preset mobile security standards, and transmit the encrypted mobile security document to a mobile gateway server; and allowing the mobile gateway server to decrypt the mobile security document, encrypt the decrypted mobile security document using a personal key, and transmit the personal key security document to the communication terminal. According to the embodiment of the present invention, high security of the document can be provided.
