The present invention relates to a system for controlling a nutrient solution, and an apparatus and a method for mixing a nutrient solution. According to the present invention, the apparatus for mixing a nutrient solution obtains information on a level of the nutrient solution in a nutrition solution tank using a water-level sensor installed in the nutrition solution tank and controls the opening/closing of an electronic valve which provides water to the nutrition solution tank and a concentrate supply time of a metering pump which provides a concentrate to the nutrition solution tank based on the above information.
