The present invention relates to a method of analyzing paleo-topography. The method includes the steps of: receiving two sheets of aerial photographs of paleo-topography to create a 3D image having an emphasized step difference; receiving a selection region of the 3D image from a user who recognizes the created 3D image; and processing the input selection region in a predetermined type to distinguish between the input selection region and another region.
