The present invention relates to a donor film for a laser induced thermal transfer having excellent laser transfer characteristics and a manufacturing method of an organic electroluminescent using the same, and more particularly, to a laser induced thermal transfer having excellent laser transfer characteristics, capable of representing excellent laser transfer characteristics by controlling a protective layer within a range of a contact angle parameter, and a method of fabricating an organic electroluminescent using the same. When the contact angle parameter exceeds the range thereof according to the present invention, an undesirable organic substance may cover a surface of an acceptor substrate since a transfer layer is over transferred during laser transfer, thereby directly degrading device performance. In addition, when the contact angle parameter is less than the range thereof, since peel strength between layers may be decreased, the transfer layer may not be transferred to the acceptor substrate during the laser transfer. Accordingly, the present invention provides the donor film for laser thermal transfer having the excellent laser transfer characteristics, capable of the above failure ratio and representing the excellent transfer characteristics.
