The present invention relates to a method for adhering a spandex polyurethane film coating cloth on the surface of a polyurethane midsole with a low specific gravity and low hardness, and a midsole produced thereby. The spandex polyurethane film coating cloth is effectively welded in contact with the surface of the midsole so that the surface of the midsole is solid and a distortion is prevented by welding the spandex polyurethane film coating cloth on the midsole. The present invention, for this, comprises: a process of cutting out the spandex polyurethane film coating cloth with an end of the cloth being open; a process of adhering and assembling each proximal surface of the enacted end of the spandex polyurethane film coating cloth; a process of safely placing the spandex polyurethane film coating cloth on the upper part of the bottom mold; a process of vacuously adhering the polyurethane film coating layer of the spandex polyurethane film coating cloth on the inner surface of the molding part of the bottom mold; a process of injecting a polyurethane resin into the inner part of the molding part where the spandex polyurethane film coating cloth is vacuously adhered; and a process of molding polyurethane resin by boiling at a certain temperature for a specific time period after covering the upper part of the bottom mold with the upper mold, and a process of welding the spandex polyurethane film coating cloth onto the outer surface of the molded object.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
