The present invention relates to Gibberella zeae with a deletion of FgFlbA gene, a regulator of G protein signal transduction, (delta fgflbA) and a method for producing mycotoxin using the G.zeae. The resent invention relates to a strain of G.zeae with a deletion of FgFlbA gene, particularly, represented by a deposit number KCTC 12243BP. Also, the present invention relates to a method for producing mycotoxin using the strain of G.zeae with a deletion of FgFlbA gene or the G. zeae represented by the deposit number KCTC 12243BP. The present invention also relates to a method for producing mycotoxin including deoxynivalenol (DON) or zearalenone (ZEA).
