Disclosed are a driving device for a hospital bed, a hospital bed, and a magnetic resonance imaging system. The driving device includes a first power blocking component which is connected to a first transmission mechanism and used to control power supply to the first transmission mechanism, wherein the first transmission mechanism is used to operate the body of a hospital bed in a first direction; a second power blocking component which is connected to a second transmission mechanism and used to control power supply to the second transmission mechanism, wherein the second transmission mechanism is used to operate the body of the hospital bed in a second direction; a motor which is connected to the first power blocking component and to the second power blocking component; and a controller which is used to control the motor, the first power blocking component, and the second power blocking component. The solution provided in the present invention is able to reduce costs for a medical examination device.
