The present invention relates to a system and a method for managing human resource and, more particularly, to a system and a method for managing enterprise human resource using a hybrid recognition technique capable of managing human resource based on a two-dimensional (2D) and a three-dimensional (3D) face recognition technique using multiple cameras. To this end, the system for managing enterprise human resource using a hybrid recognition technique comprises a monitoring robot processing an image input through a camera in real time to recognize a face and determining whether the face is a registered face or a non-registered face, and a control server receiving the image transmitted to the monitoring robot, as a database, and allowing the stored image to be searched through a search function to view the images previously.
