The present invention relates to a method for producing a composite of lithium nickel oxide and lithium manganese oxide, and a composite of lithium nickel oxide and lithium manganese oxide produced by the same and, more specifically, to a method for producing a composite of lithium nickel oxide and lithium manganese oxide that has a long life at a room temperature and at a high temperature and shows excellent safety even after repeated charging and discharging at a high current, and a composite of lithium nickel oxide and lithium manganese oxide produced by the same. The method for producing a composite of lithium nickel oxide and lithium manganese oxide according to the present invention does not use simple mixing between lithium nickel oxide and lithium manganese oxide but produces a composite by granulation based on grinding, spray drying and heat treatment after mixing. Accordingly, high energy density and high output can be achieved within a short period of time. Also, excellent safety and long-term life characteristics are shown.
